✸ Where do you ship from?

I ship from London in the UK.

✸ When will my order be shipped?

I aim to send orders within a week. Most often I will ship the next day, but sometimes life gets in the way and it takes a little bit longer. If you need it shipped quickly, feel free to add a message to your order stating so. Thank you for your patience!

✸ Why do you not ship to my country?

I wish I could ship everywhere; but the GDPR regulations in Europe and the US tariffs, this has forced me to stop shipping to some countries. Very sorry about that but I cannot do much about it!

I hope to be able to ship to these countries again in the future.

✸ I haven't received my order!

As a rule of thumb, please allow 2 weeks for UK orders and 4 weeks for international orders to arrive. It shouldn't take that long, but sometimes it does. If you still haven't received your order after that time, please contact me at clem@krzchn.net and I will happily help you!
